Pedraza Press Course Terms

Effective date: July 12, 2026

These terms apply to all Pedraza Press exam preparation courses, practice exam packs, and supplemental courses purchased through pedrazapress.com. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

1. Course Access Period

All exam preparation courses (RPLS, TSSE, NCEES FS, NCEES PS) include 24 months of access from the date of purchase. Access begins on the purchase date, not the date of first login.

Standalone practice exam packs include 24 months of access from the date of purchase.

The Calculator Programming Course includes 24 months of access from the date of purchase.

When your access period ends, your account remains active but course content is no longer available unless you renew.

2. Repeat Access Guarantee

If you complete an eligible course and do not pass your exam, we extend your course access at no charge for an additional 12 months.

Eligible products. The Repeat Access Guarantee applies to the RPLS, TSSE, FS, and PS exam preparation courses. It does not apply to standalone practice exam packs or the Calculator Programming Course.

Completion requirement. To qualify, you must complete the course before your exam attempt. Completion means:

  • Every module finished, meaning all lessons and activities completed and every module quiz passed, and
  • All included full-length practice exams taken to completion.

The platform records this progress automatically, and completion is measured from those records as of your exam date. If the completion requirement is not met by then, the guarantee does not apply.

How to claim. Submit your claim within 60 days of your exam date by emailing jose@pedrazapress.com with:

  • Your official exam result documentation (NCEES result notice for FS or PS; official TBPELS result notification for RPLS or TSSE), and
  • The name and email on your Pedraza Press account.

We verify completion status and issue the 12-month extension within 5 business days of an approved claim.

Limits. One free extension per course purchase. The extension applies to the same course and the same account. It is not transferable and has no cash value.

After the free extension. If you need continued access beyond the free extension, a 12-month renewal is available at 50% off the then-current course price.

3. Refund Policy

Exam preparation courses and the Calculator Programming Course. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

  • You have viewed less than 20% of the course content, and
  • You have not started any practice exam.

If either condition is not met, or if more than 7 days have passed since purchase, the sale is final. Course consumption is measured by the platform's progress tracking.

Standalone practice exam packs. Practice exam packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase only if no exam has been started. Once any practice exam is opened, the sale is final. No exceptions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

4. Account and Content Use

Course access is licensed to one individual and is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials, downloading course content for redistribution, or reproducing practice exam questions in any form is prohibited and results in immediate termination of access without refund.

All course materials, practice exams, and supporting documents are the intellectual property of Pedraza Press LLC.

5. Content Updates

Course content is updated periodically to reflect current exam specifications. Updates released during your access period are included at no charge. We do not guarantee that course content reflects changes to exam specifications announced after your purchase, though we make reasonable efforts to keep materials current.

6. No Guarantee of Exam Results

Pedraza Press courses are study aids. Purchase of any course does not guarantee a passing score, exam eligibility, licensure, or certification. Exam eligibility and licensure decisions rest solely with TBPELS, NCEES, and the applicable licensing board.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in effect on your purchase date govern your purchase.
